Alignment and Balancing

Alignment is the process of positioning two or more machines so that their rotating axes at the coupling point form one continuous axis, without offset or angular deviation.

Alignment is performed on two planes – vertical and horizontal – with each requiring correction of offset and angle.

Why is laser alignment important?

When machines are misaligned, axial and radial forces are applied to rotating components like bearings and seals. These forces significantly reduce component lifespan and can lead to severe equipment damage.

Why us?

At our company, we study each machine thoroughly – by reading technical documentation, understanding coupling types, considering thermal expansion and ensuring proper anchoring.
We ensure that installation and alignment are performed precisely by our professional team using SKF’s most advanced and modern alignment systems.
